- 1 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg. regular yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 6 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Pour boiling water over shortening, sugar and salt.

2Beat until shortening is melted.

3Cool to lukewarm.

4Add eggs and beat well.

5Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water and add.

6Stir in flour.

7Cover and refrigerate overnight.

8Knead well; make into rolls.

9Let rise in warm place for 2 hours.

10Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.

11Dough will keep in refrigerator for 10 days.
