Ingredients
- 3 c. water
- 3 pkg. yeast
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar plus 3 Tbsp.
- 1/2 c. oil
- flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.

2Add 3 tablespoons sugar.

3Set aside.

4In mixing bowl, mix 3 cups water, salt, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs and oil.

5Add the yeast mixture.

6Mix thoroughly. Continue adding flour until mixture is soft and sticky.

7Put on floured board and knead.

8Put in large bowl and let rise until doubled.

9Punch down and pinch off dough balls.

10Put 2 balls in greased muffin pans.

11Let rise until double.

12Bake in preheated oven at 350° until golden brown.

13Brush with margarine.
