  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. margarine, softened
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. fluid milk
  • 1 tsp. milk

Directions

    Mix until smooth. Fill a greased and floured baking pan or 2 layer pans no more than 1/2 full.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 35 minutes, until cake springs back when lightly touched near center.
