  • 1/3 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 c. water

    Blend all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Tube pan: 50 to 60 minutes; 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan: 40 to 50 minutes.

    Cool tube cake 25 minutes, then put on serving plate. Cool 15 to 20 minutes.
