- 2 medium summer squash, sliced
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 c. plain yogurt
Directions

1Cook squash and onions in chicken broth for 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

2Add pepper and yogurt.

3Puree soup in blender.

4Serve hot or cold.

5Additional yogurt and pepper may be added.

6Makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
