- 250 grams Buri (yellow-tail, sashimi quality)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake for cooking
- 1/2 tsp Wasabi
- 1 Ground sesame seeds
- 1 add as much as you need Young green scallions
Directions

1Whisk the eggs well.

2Combine the sake to the soy sauce.

3Add the wasabi and mix well.

4Add the wasabi soy sauce to the beaten egg.

5Cut the fish into small cubes and put in the egg and seasoning mixture.

6Leave in the fridge for a while.

7Add a lot of chopped scallions and sesame seeds just before eating.

8Add some shiso leaves if you like.

9Transfer onto the hot rice and serve.

10You could also serve with a dollop of grated yamaimo yam.
