Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 cup custard powder
- 1/3 cup icing sugar
- 180 grams butter
- 60 grams butter extra
- 1 cup icing sugar extra
Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 180c/350f.

2Add all dry ingredients in to bowl

3Soften butter in microwave if required (soft, not melting)

4Rub butter into dry ingredients with fingers until dough forms and no crumbs remain

5Roll dough into long snake and cut in to one inch rounds

6Place rounds on to tray lined with greaseproof paper and press with fork

7Bake for 15-20 mins until lightly browned.

8Remove from oven and cool on tray

9Mix extra butter and icing sugar with electric beaters and sandwich yo-yo's together
