- 80 grams Plain yogurt
- 1 Avocado (net weight)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/8 Onion (large)
- 2 Thinly-sliced ham
- 1 tsp Soup stock granules
Directions

1Remove the seed from the avocado and peel.

2Chop finely or mash roughly with a fork.

3Sprinkle some lemon juice.

4Add yogurt to the avocado prepped in Step 1.

5Add minced onion, ham, and soup stock granules.

6Mix thoroughly.

7Serve on a dish and enjoy.
