Yogurt & Avocado Dip

  • 80 grams Plain yogurt
  • 1 Avocado (net weight)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/8 Onion (large)
  • 2 Thinly-sliced ham
  • 1 tsp Soup stock granules

Directions

    Remove the seed from the avocado and peel.

    Chop finely or mash roughly with a fork.

    Sprinkle some lemon juice.

    Add yogurt to the avocado prepped in Step 1.

    Add minced onion, ham, and soup stock granules.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Serve on a dish and enjoy.

    This dip goes very well with crudites or bread.
