  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. yogurt (plain/fruit)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix first four ingredients well.

    Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Mix or beat until smooth. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
