  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. margarine, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 oz. any flavor yogurt (not plain)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

    Beat for 3 minutes.

    Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan for 60 to 65 minutes at 325°. Cool in pan for 20 minutes.

    A very moist cake.
