Yogurt Crescent Rolls

  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton yogurt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • butter flavored vegetable cooking spray

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.

    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.

    Let stand 5 minutes, stir in yogurt mixture, egg and egg white.

    Stir 2 cups flour and salt mixture into yogurt mixture.

    Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.

    Stir in remaining flour.

    Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
