- 1 small pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 8 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 c. low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 to 3 c. sliced fresh fruit
Directions

1Prepare gelatin, using only 1 1/2 cups of liquid.

2Chill until syrupy.

3Reserve 1/4 cup.

4Mix remainder with yogurt.

5Spread in baked pie shell.

6Arrange fruit over yogurt.

7Brush with remaining Jell-O.
