  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (8 oz.) plain or vanilla yogurt

Directions

    Beat softened cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until well blended.

    Mix together the milk and cornstarch and blend into cream cheese mixture.

    Add yogurt and mix well.

    Pour into graham cracker crust.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until brown around the edges.

    Refrigerate and serve cool.

    Can top with fresh fruit; strawberries and kiwi are good.
