- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (8 oz.) plain or vanilla yogurt
Directions

1Beat softened cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until well blended.

2Mix together the milk and cornstarch and blend into cream cheese mixture.

3Add yogurt and mix well.

4Pour into graham cracker crust.

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until brown around the edges.

6Refrigerate and serve cool.

7Can top with fresh fruit; strawberries and kiwi are good.
