- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. light process cream cheese product, softened
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1/8 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

1Beat cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

2Add yogurt, lemon juice, orange rind and coconut extract.

3Beat until smooth.

4Stir in pineapple.

5Cover dip, and chill thoroughly.
