- 1 cup brown sugar
- 7/8 cup wheat flour
- 3 5/8 tablespoons margarine softened
- 3 plain yogurt or other desired flavor
- 5 plums ripe
- 2 eggs
- flour for dusting
- margarine for greasing
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients except for plums.

2Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

3Peel plums and cut into pieces or grind, if desired.

4Add plums to batter and mix well.

5Grease a round cake pan with margarine and dust with flour.

6Pour batter into the pan.

7Bake for about 40 minutes, or until firm.

8Let cool and remove from pan.
