  • 1/4 c. hot roast beef drippings
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Pour into an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish and keep hot 1/4 cup roast beef drippings.

    Beat until thick and piled softly 2 eggs.

    Add to beaten eggs and beat with rotary beater until smooth milk, flour and salt.

    Pour mixture over hot meat drippings and bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes or until puffed and browned. Cut into squares and serve immediately with standing rib roast of beef.
