- 3 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. bread flour or regular
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Grease souffle dish with 2 tablespoons of drippings.

2Heat dish, while preparing batter, at 450°.

3Beat eggs well.

4Add milk, flour and salt.

5Beat 30 seconds.

6Add 1 tablespoon beef drippings.

7Pour into dish.

8Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 450°.

9Do not open oven door while baking.

10Serve with roast and gravy.
