- 12 medium onion, cut into chunks
- 14 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 -3 fresh jalapeno peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 -3 tablespoons vinegar (cider or cane)
Directions

1Heat broiler.

2Place tomatoes on a small baking sheet lined with foil.

3Broil 15-18 minutes, turning a couple times until soft, skins have split, and there are some dark spots.

4Allow to cool slightly.

5Place tomatoes with rest of ingredients in a blender.

6Puree.

7Serve warm or refrigerate for later use.
