  • 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
  • 2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Sift together flour and salt; set aside.

    In blender, process remaining ingredients on medium speed until combined; add flour mixture and process on low speed until smooth.

    Set four 6 ounce custard cups on baking sheet; place in oven for 5 minutes.

    Spray each with nonstick spray and pour 1/4 of batter into each cup.

    Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes. Turn oven control to 325° and bake 20 minutes more.

    Remove popovers from cups.

    Serve immediately.

    Popovers will fall slightly after removing from oven.
