- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Sift together flour and salt; set aside.

3In blender, process remaining ingredients on medium speed until combined; add flour mixture and process on low speed until smooth.

4Set four 6 ounce custard cups on baking sheet; place in oven for 5 minutes.

5Spray each with nonstick spray and pour 1/4 of batter into each cup.

6Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes. Turn oven control to 325° and bake 20 minutes more.

7Remove popovers from cups.

8Serve immediately.

9Popovers will fall slightly after removing from oven.
