- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. oil or beef drippings
Directions

1Put flour in mixing bowl.

2Add all remaining ingredients except oil.

3Beat with electric mixer at medium for 1 minute. Heat oil in pan in preheated 425° oven for 2 minutes.

4Pour batter into hot pan.

5Bake at 425° for 35 to 40 minutes or until crisp and brown.

6Serve at once with beef and gravy.
