- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs.

2Add flour to the yolks gradually, then thin it down with oil and milk.

3Add salt and pepper.

4Beat well until like thick cream.

5Leave to stand for 1/2 hour, then stir in the stiffly beaten egg whites and mix well.
