- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced diagonally
- 1/2 green pepper (large slices)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cut in 1-inch strips
- 1/2 can corned beef, cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
Directions

1Fry bacon; add carrots and stir.

2Fry 3 to 5 minutes.

3Add cabbage, salt, pepper and monosodium glutamate.

4Cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Add green pepper and onions.

6Stir and fry 2 to 3 minutes.

7Add corned beef and 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

8Serve over rice.
