- 1 1/2 c. English walnuts, halves
- 1 1/2 c. pecans, halves
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates, chopped
- 1 sm. jar red cherries, with juice
- 1 sm. jar green cherries, with juice
- 1/2 c. raisins, seedless
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Grease bottom and sides of a loaf pan.

2(Pam can be used.) Put nuts, dates, cherries, with juice, and raisins in bowl.

3Stir in sugar.

4Combine all dry ingredients.

5Set aside.

6Beat eggs and add vanilla.

7Combine with nut mix and add flour mix.

8Mixture will be thick.

9Stir well and spoon into loaf pan.

10Bake in slow oven at 300° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

11Cool for 10 minutes. Then remove from pan.

12Keeps well in refrigerator.
