  • 2/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 (7 oz.) Heath bar, crushed

Directions

    Beat the butter at medium speed in a mixing bowl until light. Add the brown sugar gradually, beating until fluffy. Add the flour and mix well. Stir in the pecans. Set aside 1 cup of the mixture. Press the remaining mixture over the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 14 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
