  • 1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper

    Mix first four ingredients well.

    Spread on Melba rounds and bake on baking stone or baking sheet for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Chop green and red peppers finely and sprinkle on each round.
