- 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 pkg. Mexican cheese
- 1 small onion, sliced
Directions

1Grill or pan-fry chicken breasts.

2While chicken is cooking, saute onion & peppers until they are tender.

3Take cooked chicken breasts and put on platter.

4Put onions & peppers over chicken. Cover with cheese.

5Put in microwave.

6Warm till cheese melts.

7Can serve with the sauce.
