- 4 avocados
- 2 tomatoes, peeled
- 2 brown onions, peeled
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Peel avocados and mash with a fork until smooth and lumps are gone.

2Pour lemon juice over mashed avocado and mix, making sure that all of the avocado is covered in lemon juice.

3Dice the onions finely and cut the tomatoes into 1cm squared chunks.

4Combine onion with tomato and mix, season with salt and pepper.

5Add mixture to avocado and mix thoroughly, making sure all vegetables are covered in avocado.

6Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

7Serve with vegetable sticks or bread.
