Yummy Eggless Pancakes!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp Sugar, or to taste!
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Non fat milk or regular milk
- 2 tbsp Veg oil
- 2 tbsp Water
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

2In a separate bowl mix in all the wet ingredients and add to the dry.

3Whisk until well combined.

4Lightly spray or brush a large skillet on medium heat

5Cook in to your desired pancake size....

6I poured 1/4 of a cup for each pancake!

7When you start seeing bubbles forming on the top of the pancake, it's ready to be flipped on to the other side.... About 1-2 mins each side!

8Serve with your favourite toppings and it's ready!
