- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground lean pork
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 can water (using the soup can)
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix ground meats, onion, rice, cracker crumbs, egg and seasonings.

2Shape into balls, about the size of golf balls, and place in a greased casserole dish.

3Pour over tomato soup diluted with water.

4Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour.

5Makes 6 servings.
