- 8 to 10 potatoes, boiled in skin
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Boil 8 to 10 potatoes in skin, let cool.

2Slice or chunk potatoes into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted margarine, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese.

4Spread over potatoes and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese and bake for 15 minutes.

6(Cream of mushroom soup can be substituted.)
