  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 or 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • crushed potato chips

Directions

    Melt butter in saucepan. Add soup and heat through. Add soup to hash browns; stir in onions, sour cream and cheese.

    Mix well. Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
