- 1 c. long grain rice
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a heavy medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add rice to boiling water.

2Reduce heat.

3Cover and cook over very low heat about 15 minutes or until rice is tender.

4Remove from heat and strain the water off the rice in a strainer.

5Return rice to saucepan and add the remaining ingredients.
