- 2 c. carrots, julienned
- 2 c. cabbage, cut in 1-inch squares

- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Arrange the onions, celery, carrots and cabbage in saucepan in layers as listed.

2Sprinkle the sugar, salt, margarine and water over vegetables.
