Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 qt. Kraft mayonnaise
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 can jalapeno peppers (seedless)

Directions

    Run onion and jalapenos through fine food grinder or blender. Melt cheese in double boiler and allow to cool.

    Mix all with electric mixer, then place in jars.

    Keeps in refrigerator indefinitely.

    Makes approximately 2 quarts of dip.
