  • 3 c. grated off-the-cob sweet corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

    Scrape corn from the cob and combine with remaining ingredients.

    Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake in 325° oven for an hour or until set.
