  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crab meat
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/3 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 8 oz. Creamettes shell noodles, cooked by pkg. directions and drained
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 bottle Zesty Italian dressing

    Marinate the first 5 ingredients for about 1 hour.

    Toss chilled Creamettes and marinated mixture together with mayonnaise, then add tomatoes.
