Zesty Fiesta Corn

Ingredients

• 1/2 envelope (2 Tbsp.)
• taco seasoning mix
• 1/2 c. water
• 1/2 c. oil
• 1/4 c. vinegar
• 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
• 1/4 c. green pepper, diced
• 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives (optional)
• 1 1/2 c. tomatoes, peeled and chopped (take out excess juice and seeds if they aren't firm and meaty)
