  • 1 medium onion, cut in chunks
  • 1/2 lb. small mushrooms, halved
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • dash of salt
  • 2 (17 oz.) cans Del Monte whole kernel golden sweet corn, drained
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley (optional)
