  • 3 lb. salmon steaks
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • 1/3 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 lemon

Directions

    Mix lemon (juice and pulp), soy sauce, vinegar, seasoning and mustard.

    Marinate salmon 1 hour.

    Fry 7 to 10 minutes per side in hot oil in frying pan.
