  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables (cauliflower carrots and pea pods)
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can zucchini with Italian-style tomato sauce
  • 12 teaspoon basil
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook frozen vegetables in a saucepan according to package directions.

    Drain Well.

    Add undrained Zucchini with Italian Style tomato sauce.

    Add all seasonings.

    Bring to a boil.

    Cover and reduce heat to low.

    Simmer for 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender and seasonings have blended.
