  • 3 (10 oz.) pkg. Brown 'N Serve sausage, cut into thirds and browned
  • 1 (10 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 green pepper, cut into large chunks
  • 1/2 c. cherries
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix and boil brown sugar, salt, cornstarch, vinegar, pineapple juice and water for 5 minutes.

    Add pineapple chunks, green pepper and cherries.
