- 8 ounces, weight Ball Of Fresh Mozzarella

4Over medium heat cook chopped prosciutto until crispy (about 5 minutes).

6In a large bowl combine the cooked ziti (cook it according to package instructions for al dente), sauce, cooked prosciutto and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese.
