- 1/2 lb. bacon, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 lb. ziti
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp in heavy saucepot.

2Remove bacon; drain off drippings, returning 2 tablespoons to pot.

3Saute onion in drippings until just transparent; add wine.

4Cook until wine is reduced by half.

5Cook ziti according to package directions; drain well, return to pot.

6Add bacon, onion mixture and eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

7Toss lightly until ziti is well coated. Serve immediately.
