  • 1 oz 151 proof Demerara rum
  • 3/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/4 tsp Grenadine
  • 6 drops (about 1/8 tsp) Pernod
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

    Blend with ice. Pour into tall glass. Garnish with mint. It's fun to throw in tall straw near the mint so you smell the mint as you sip.
