Ingredients

  • 3 c. very thinly sliced zucchini, washed and dried but not peeled
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. Mazola oil
  • 4 beaten eggs

    Use 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Butter generously.

    Bake mixture until golden brown at 350° for 30 minutes on upper rack in oven.

    Cool. Cut into bite-size squares.

    Package and freeze.

    When ready to serve, be sure they are completely thawed.

    Bake again at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Serve hot on picks.
