- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 4 c. sliced, cooked zucchini
- 1 c. shredded carrot
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1In 2-quart shallow baking dish (12 x 8 x 2-inch), combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter.

2Toss stuffing mix with butter and spoon over vegetable mixture.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot.
