- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 4 c. sliced cooked zucchini
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1In 2 qt. baking dish (12 x 8 x 2) combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter.

2Toss stuffing mix with butter and put over vegetable mixture.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
