  • 6 c. cubed zucchini
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated carrots

    Saute in 1/2 stick margarine the onions and zucchini together. Mix remaining margarine with stuffing.

    Mix soup, sour cream and carrots together.
