- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Mix first 4 ingredients.

3Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.

4Add zucchini, milk, yogurt and eggs; mix well.

5Gradually add flour mixture, beating after each addition just until moistened.

6Stir in nuts and dates.

7Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.

8Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

9Cool 5 min.

10; remove from pan to wire rack.
