  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sour milk
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. grated zucchini

Directions

    Mix butter, oil, sugar and eggs; add vanilla and sour milk. Then add spices, salt, flour and then cocoa.

    Then add grated zucchini.

    Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan, then sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over cake before baking.

    Bake 45 minutes in oven at 350°.
